ABSOLUTELY! Catering, potluck, etc. You are more than welcome to bring in food. Our kitchen is at your disposal if you need counter space, store items in the fridge, use the microwave, sink, etc. We have a stove but it is only to be used for the reheating of food. Not for cooking or baking.
Yes, but we don’t have many. It’s probably best if you supply your own, just to be certain.
Cups and glasses we have more of. We might be able to provide those for your event, depending on the size of your group.
Yes, street parking is free, you just have to watch out for parking restrictions.
Our side of 20th Street is limited to 2-hour parking. If you’re going to park there, we ask that you park as far away from Nestor’s Bakery next door as possible to leave room for their delivery trucks and customers.
Parking across the street from our Production Centre, Avenue I, Avenue J and 20th Street between Avenue H and I are free all day.
Avoid parking in the bus stops and parking lots.
If you have mobility issues and need to park close to the door, please contact one of our staff members ahead of time so we can make arrangements for you.
The number of people battling addictions and/or mental illness wandering around in our neighbourhood has increase over the years. Usually, if you give them space and don’t bother them, they won’t bother you.
Don’t leave valuables in your vehicle or make sure they are hidden from view.
If you’re travelling with a pet(s) you can bring them in with you as long as they are house broken and leashed.
If you’re cycling, we can probably find a place to park your bike indoors so it doesn’t get stolen.
After dark, if you would like someone to walk you to your car, that can be arranged.
Yes, however, our Technical Director must be involved in at least set up and tear down.
Your person can run tech during your show or event.
21 days or more prior to the event = full refund of deposit
7-20 days prior to the event = refunded 50% of deposit
Within 7 days prior to the event = 100% of deposit is forfeited
Yes. The main floor, with the exception of the tech booth, can be accessed by wheelchair or with a mobility device.
There is no elevator to the 2nd floor but those aren’t public spaces.
If you’re in a wheelchair and wish to use the washroom, both have a wheelchair stall, however I recommend you use the one next to the urinal as there is storage under the other sink that will prevent you from getting close enough to wash your hands.
We have 12 rounds that seat 6 each.
If you want a specific colour of tablecloth or want them all to be one colour, you’ll have to rent them. We do have 6 navy blue tablecloths and 6 burgundy tablecloths that you can use at no extra charge.
We have 4 rectangular tables that are around 6 feet and burgundy tablecloths to cover them or we can use two tablecloths per table if you want navy blue.
We have a little over 90 chairs that can be used for your event. Most of them are folding, padded grey chairs, the rest are solid, padded blue chairs with black arms.
