With any room rental, you get access to the kitchen, bar, lobby, and backstage area at no extra charge!

Kitchen:

  • store food and/or beverages in the fridge
  • use microwave
  • reheat foods on stove or in oven (no preparing food from uncooked state)
  • two sinks for washing dishes, food, etc.
  • small sink on the side for washing hands
  • sanitizer for dishes (must be trained by staff before using it)
  • counter space with an opening to bar area
  • we are very limited in our number of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils but you can use what we have. Would recommend you rent dishes or use disposable to make sure you have enough for everyone

Bar:

  • can use glasses
  • counter space
  • we have two small fridges in the bar area but there is an extra charge if you want to use them, since we’d have to take our drinks out. You can bring drinks in coolers if you wish.
  • if serving alcohol, must have your own permit on site and all bartenders (even volunteers) must have their Serve it Right Saskatchewan certificate.
  • ice bucket available
  • bottle opener
  • shot measuring glasses

Lobby:

  • good for mingling
  • can put out tables for your catering to be set on either on the side or down the centre of the lobby
  • can set up a table for registration, etc.
  • a dozen stools for people to sit on
  • the office is not included

Backstage:

  • located between Studio 914 and the multipurpose room
  • if renting both spaces, double doors can be opened to allow people to walk through from one room to the other
  • people can use to get to/from dressing rooms
  • can set up a small props table or quick change area as long as none of the emergency exit routes are blocked
