Conference Room
The smallest of our three rentable spaces, the conference room is a highly configurable space that can accommodate a wide variety of needs and comes with many attractive features:
- Measures approximately 24 feet by 18 feet
- Capacity around 12 people
- Built-in screen and projector, including a cable to connect to your laptop
- Lots of natural light
- Free WiFi
- Hands-free phone for conference calls
- Three sliding glass doors give you four options for how open you want the space to be
- Blinds to control privacy and light
The cost to rent this space starts at $25/hr or $70 for a block of 4 hours or $120 for a full day, depending on the day of the week and time of day. (Prices are subject to change without notice).
If renting outside of regular office hours, there is an added cost of $30 per hour (minimum 3 hours) for staff to be on site.
We also have discounted rates for non-profit organizations.
